A place where legends run awry.
Fifteen-year-old Monte moves to the mystically jeopardized Highlands of Scotland and discovers that life as a Celtic wizard is anything but easy. Whisperings of abnormal enchantments and vicious cat siths grip the small town he now calls home. Fear is at the helm and the instigator is unknown. An indefinite moratorium on magic is enforced. In a race against darkness, Monte and his friends must choose who to trust before time runs out, even if it means breaking some rules and facing danger head on.

Characters in Quarantine
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic I thought it’d be interesting to examine what quarantine would look like for the Mystic Invisible characters. Seeing as magic is banned in their town of Ft. William, Scotland, they’re pretty much already in their own type of lockdown, much to their chagrin! However I imagine a true, full-blown quarantine would look something like this:
You’d find our main man, Monte, defying curfew and sneaking out at night with his best mate, Finn. They wouldn’t get into any real trouble but they’d definitely have a good laugh, especially when it came to dodging Finn’s superstitious and high strung Nanny.
The ever-obedient Garrick would do his due diligence and sequester himself not only to the estate, but to his bedroom, where his brooding attitude would ripen into full on resentment.
Who knows what the mysterious Cameron would be up to. She’d probably disappear for a few weeks and then turn up in a cow pasture or field some 20 miles away, being the allusive dame that she is.
All in all, there’d definitely be some mischief afoot!
