Sophie is a strong YA heroine, who is willing to do anything in her powers to find the truth about her father. Even break the laws of physics. In the beginning it seems like Sophie is very confused and doesn't know what to do - she has no idea of what is actually happening to her - but throughout the story, we find out how clever she is.
I loved the concept of the multi-verse. It was something quite interesting and thrilling! It can be very tricky but Michele Corriel makes it very easy for the reader to understand it.
Membrane has a lot of the elements that make a YA novel attractive: a well-written story full of drama, mystery and a number of twists. I absolutely recommend it!
Rating: 3,5 stars!!!!
