The characters
Sera's story continues in Seeing Light, the conclusion to The Seraphina Parrish Trilogy. In this book, the stakes are even higher and no one is safe, including Sera.In Protecting Truth, she lost Turner,Bishop's twin brother who was supposed to be her Protector. His death devastated Seraphina and now she can't be near Bishop without thinking about Turner. She needs time and space because she loves Bishop but she also loves Turner.
Moreover,Terease has been sent to Nocturna and she is the only one who can answer some of Sera's questions. So off she goes to Nocturna. There, she has to stay away from the Time Reaper and keep her mind sane or else she will be trapped there forever with no way out.Deadly secrets buried for years unravel and Sera finds herself in the middle of all this. Her mother was a Chosen, meaning she was the only one, until Sera, who could fulfill an ancient prophecy but some powerful people didn't allow that. Now that the Society is corrupted and she can't trust anyone,Sera with the help of Bishop and Sam must travel though time and space in order to keep the world she grew up safe.
The only I have to complain about is that Turner isn't alive. But Sera gets her happy ending and all of her and our answers are answered!
Verdict
Seeing Light is action-packed,has a lot of time-travelling,secrets,mysteries,suspense and romance. The perfect recipe for an explosive conclusion to a breathtaking series!

Thank you so much for the review :)
ReplyDeleteAnswering to the rafflecopter questions, I'd love to visit so many people!!! Although I would love to go see some queen or king in the medieval times (not sure if I would like to stay, though...) ^^
Hahaha..Love your answer! :)
DeleteIf I could go back in time, there would be two people I would want to meet for very different reasons. I would love to meet William Shakespeare because he is such a well known writer and his works are celebrated even today. The second person would be a family member who lived in the eighteen hundreds because she did some amazing things.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this awesome giveaway!
Very interesting,Bailee! :)
