Wander Dust was amazing. Protecting Truth was captivating.
Seraphina Parrish has many secrets.
During summer while, her boyfriend/Protector, Bishop is in London, she stays in the Academy and improves her fighting skills without letting him know because it's his job to protect her.

Moreover, without her boyfriend, friends and aunt around, she's stuck with Turner, Bishop's twin brother. He's the one creating the holograms that help Sera become a better fighter. The weird thing about him is that he lives in the Academy but he doesn't have a team.

“I had a team once,” he says, looking sad.
“What happened?”

“I suppose you could say it just didn't work out.”

And finally a kiss. A passionate and desperate kiss between Sera and Turner. They seem to have an incredibly strong pull towards each other. But Sera must stay away from him because she's in love with Bishop.Or maybe not?

But an unexpected series of events and lies rocks Sera's world and not in a good way. Her aunt Mona is not who she thought she was all these years. She has a secret life and family of her own in another continent. Bishop cheated in order to make Sear his and last but not least, Turner. Is he really this story's bad boy or is it just an act?

The book ends with a cliffhanger and three deaths. Two of them cost Seraphina everything.  Now her goal is to change the way the Society functions. This means two things:

• Fight against everything she was made to believe and
  

• Ask for help from the one person she never thought she could trust

A fantastic sequel that will take your breath away, but you'll be coming back for more :)
