Publication Date: November 1st 2016
Publisher: Entangled Teen

Book Synopsis

It’s been three years, twenty-five weeks, and five days since Isis Blake fell in love, and if she has it her way, it’ll stretch into infinity. Since then, she’s punched Jack Hunter—
her nemesis-turned-maybe-something-more—in the face, survived a brutal attack by her mom’s abusive ex thanks to Jack’s heroics, and then promptly forgotten all about him.

The one bright spot for Isis is Sophia, the ephemeral girl who shares Isis’s hospital stay as well as a murky past with Jack. But as Isis’s memories return, she finds it harder and
harder to resist what she felt for Jack, and Jack finds it impossible to stay away from the only girl who’s ever melted the ice around his heart.

As the dark secrets surrounding Sophia emerge, Isis realizes Jack isn’t who she thought he was. He’s dangerous. But when Isis starts receiving terrifying emails from an
anonymous source, that danger might be the only thing protecting her from something far more threatening.

Her past.

Author Interview

Tell us a few things about Forget Me Always.

Forget Me Always is the second book in my Lovely Vicious series. Fun fact – it was originally published almost three years ago, now. Time really does fly. Another fun fact; it took me a single month to write. I was super proud.

What was your favorite chapter (or part) to write and why?

I absolutely loved writing the scenes between Isis and Jack, when they reunited for the first time. Everything they do together and around each other entertains the crap out of me.

What has been your biggest challenge when writing Forget Me Always?

Writing is always a big challenge – some days you won’t feel like writing at all, others the words will flow easily. It’s mastering the ebb of your work ethic that really helps you make good stories. Writing is only ten percent how talented you are, and ninety percent how determined you are to not give up.

What makes the Lovely Vicious novels different from other books out there in the same genre?

Lovely Vicious is, primarily, a romantic comedy drama. It’s got lots of laughs, something I think books these days are lacking, especially YA, which tend to go for heavier romance than humor. Laughing is so, so important! So I really hope everyone who needs a good dose of laughter picks the books up and finds it.

Can you share a little of your current work with us?

Sure! I’m working on a dark YA fantasy called BRING ME THEIR HEARTS. Here’s an excerpt;

“You will speak to no one of this.”
“Listen to that tone. You really are a noble,” I marvel. “Let me guess – a lord’s son? No, something higher, something so stuffy you have to steal in the streets just to feel like you’re breathing real air. A duke’s son, then.”
“You know nothing about me,” The thief snarls.
“I know exactly one thing about you, for sure.” I cock my head. “I know this isn’t the first time you’ve given that little girl food you’ve stolen.”
He leans in. “Clever. But I saw you and your mother in the crowd this morning, watching the prince go off to hunt.”
“My aunt,” I correct.
“A dozen girls just like you have watched him go, every one of them pining after his title, or his power, or his gold. Or all three. You’re no different – he’s an object to you, a symbol.”
“So what? Why do you care?”
“Because you’re going to get shot down, just like the rest of them. He won’t give a single thought about you.”

Any tips for aspiring writers?

Read! Reading is so important. The more words you absorb, the more you learned what writing can be, and the greater your pool of mastery becomes. Some people will tell you to read things you dislike, but I’m a strong proponent of only reading things you like. If you like something and feel positively about it, that will definitely show in your writing.

Thank you so much Sara!!!! :)

Book Synopsis

Previously published as Lovely Vicious, this fully revised and updated edition is full of romance, intrigue, and laugh-out-loud moments.

Don’t love your enemy. Declare war on him.

Seventeen-year-old Isis Blake hasn’t fallen in love in three years, nine weeks, and five days, and after what happened last time, she intends to keep it that way. Since then she’s lost eighty-five pounds, gotten four streaks of purple in her hair, and moved to Buttcrack-of-Nowhere, Ohio, to help her mom escape a bad relationship.

All the girls in her new school want one thing—Jack Hunter, the Ice Prince of East Summit High. Hot as an Armani ad, smart enough to get into Yale, and colder than the Arctic, Jack Hunter’s never gone out with anyone. Sure, people have seen him downtown with beautiful women, but he’s never given high school girls the time of day. Until Isis punches him in the face.

Jack’s met his match. Suddenly everything is a game.

The goal: Make the other beg for mercy.
The game board: East Summit High.
The reward: Something neither of them expected.

Author Bio

Sara Wolf is a twenty-something author who adores baking, screaming at her cats, and screaming at herself while she types hilarious things. When she was a kid, she was too busy eating dirt to write her first terrible book. Twenty years later, she picked up a keyboard and started mashing her fists on it and created the monster known as the Lovely Vicious series. She lives in San Diego with two cats, a crippling-yet-refreshing sense of self-doubt, and not enough fruit tarts ever.
